EPCS Enroller User Manual

Enroller Signing up for AuthX  

  1. Check your inbox or junk folder to find an email with subject – New Admin Enrollment and click on the Enrollment Link in the email

  2. Create a password for yourself in the Create Password Page and click on Continue.

  3. Enter your mobile number with country code and then click on Continue.

  4. Download the AuthX mobile app from App store or Play store.

  5. Activate your account either by scanning the QR code or Generate OTP method.

  6. After scanning the QR code, a green tick mark is generated indicating that company and Enroller / user has been created on the AuthX app.

  7. You will be taken Confirm your identity page. Choose one of the authenticating methods – TOTP.

    1. TOTP can be found in the AuthX app when clicked on the account.      

Enroller Assisting Physician’s Enrollment

  1. You will be redirected to EPCS Enroller portal.

  2. Select any users & click on Actions for editing the details that you would like to enroll.

  3. Select any user & click Action on Phone grid.

  4. Click on Add Phone button in the phone grid to enroll a physician.

  5. You will be asked to Confirm your identity by using TOTP.

  6. Once your identity is confirmed, you will need to input an Identity verification. Select the type of identification and enter the identification number and click on Save.

  7. Once Save button is clicked, a QR code is generated. The physician will scan this QR code using AuthX app.

  8. Once the physician scans the QR code, the physician is enrolled, and his phone details are populated in Phone grid.

Enrolled phone number is deleted in the portal

  1. Go to Phone number grid and click on Actions.

  2. Click Send Enrollment email, on selecting this, the respective user received an Activate Phone email

  3. Select Activation link from the email, it will redirect to Phone number page (if required, update the phone number)

  4. For activating, either scan the QR code or Generate OTP method

  5. After scanning the QR code successfully, a green tick mark displays on the QR code

  6. After click on Continue, it redirects to Confirm your identity page & use TOTP.

User deletes the Account from the mobile app

  1. Go to Phone number grid and verify the status to ‘’Inactive’’

  2. Click on Actions

  3. Add Phone Workflow

    1. Click on Add Phone button in the phone grid to enroll a physician.

    2. You will be asked to Confirm your identity by using TOTP.

    3. Once your identity is confirmed, you will need to input an Identity verification. Select the type of identification and enter the identification number and click on Save

    4. Once Save button is clicked, a QR code is generated. The physician will scan this QR code using AuthX app.

    5. Once the physician scans the QR code, the physician is enrolled, and his phone details are populated in Phone grid.

  4. Send Enrollment Email Workflow

    1. Click Send Enrollment email, on selecting this, the respective user received an Activate phone email

    2. Select Activation link from the email, it will redirect to Phone number page (if required, update the phone number)
