Offline Mode enables a user to perform a workstation login when there is no internet connection. This section provides the steps required to configure Offline Mode for your users. This scope includes updates in

The respective logged in user can see the Offline Login in Windows agent login screen

Click Offline Login

A popup opens up to scan the QR code from AuthX security mobile app

Open your AuthX mobile app

Select Devices tab

On the Username grid, you can see QR icon on right corner

Select the QR icon and scan the QR code from the Windows agent Offline Login screen (Mentioned in AuthX Windows Agent updates → Step 2)

After successful scan, you can see a Offline mode access pin on the app.

Type the Offline Mode PIN shown on the mobile device into the field shown on the Offline login popup. Press SUBMIT

If the user has entered the PIN incorrectly, an error message will be displayed.

If the QR code has expired in the app, the below message will be displayed on the app
