Reports

(Role Required: Owner, Administrator, Read-Only, Help Desk and EPCS Enroller)

Reports log all the activities of all the users using AuthX. Reports help to track a user’s activity.

Audit Log

Audit log consists of all the activities of administrator roles (Owner, Administrator, Application Manager, User Manager, Read-Only, Help Desk)

Audit log logs all the Administrator roles activities. The grid has the following fields,

  1. Name: Respective user details listed here upon actions

  2. Email: Respective email address details listed here upon actions

  3. Activity: Respective actions will be described here

  4. Role: Respective administrator roles will be listed here

  5. Authentication Type: The second factor authentication used to authenticate.

  6. Event Status: Respective activity success / denied details listed here

  7. Time Stamp: Time stamp of the authentication.

Authentication Log

Authentication Log consists of all the activities of all admin roles & user- Successful authentications as well as denied authentications.

Authentication log logs all the user’s authentications. The grid has the following fields,

  1. Time Stamp: Time stamp of the authentication.

  2. User: Username who authenticated.

  3. Application: Name of the application which the user tried to authenticate into. (Portal, Windows Password less, Windows 2FA, OpenVPN, etc.)

  4. Result: Result gives the outcome of the authentication. Granted or Denied.

  5. Access Device: The medium of how the user tried to authenticate. Using Mobile (Android or iOS) or PC (PC OS).

  6. Authentication Factor: The second factor authentication used to authenticate.

Denied Authentication

Denied Authentications gives us the breakdown of all the denied authentications in the user’s activity.

The metric used in denied authentication is failure rate. Failure rate is number of total denied authentications /Total authentication *100. This rate is for the last 48 hours.

Charts

There are 4 charts represented in the denied authentications page-

  1. System Denied: When the user can’t verify himself, the failed authentication is system denied. This chart is the distribution of denied authentications among the different authentication factors.

  2. User Denied: When the user purposely denied the push requests. The chart depicts the distribution among normal push, face push and palm push.

  3. Result Reasons: This chart is a distribution of all the reasons of denied authentications. The three reasons are- System Denied, User Denied and Policy Denied. Policy denied is when the user was denied entry into an application due to the policy restrictions.

All the charts and data are for the last 24 hours.
